ADULT CLASS

Physical Conditioning

Unlike other workout alternatives available to adults, Championship Martial Arts offers a workout that includes all primary aspects of physical conditioning – Strength Development, Cardiopulmonary Conditioning and Flexibility Training.

Every muscle group is strengthened and defined with the exercises, movements, technique, and training drills that are incorporated into our curriculum. Self Defense

Championship Martial Arts offer a street-smart mixed martial arts system that incorporates the best of karate, Haganah, ground defense and Jiu-jitsu (submission grappling). Each of these martial arts is blended in a comprehensive self-defense system designed to instill championship mindset and confidence in virtually any self‑defense situation.

Stress Relief

Our workouts relieve tension and stress, burn calories, promote a sense of calm confidence and build energy. Adults often remark that the stress relief component of our training keeps them coming back for more. As adults, we need to reduce our stress factor daily. Our adult students look forward to “leaving their troubles in their shoes” and enjoying a high-energy, positively focused workout led each day by professional certified floor instructors.
